Presentation

The conference presentation time is 15 minutes for all presentations, including the keynote presentations. After every presentation, 5 minutes are reserved for questions and answers. All presentations should be given in English as the audience is international. Please be present before your session starts and note the chairman that you are present.

Presentation format

We support PowerPoint presentation formats and PDF format. Also web presentation platforms can be used but should be agreed with technical assitstant before the session.

Uploading your presentation

All the presentations are given from the conference hall computer. You can upload your presentation before the presentation at any time from your own computer or laptop. It is also possible to transfer your presentation to conference hall computer via USB stick. Just ask out technical staff.

Online presentation

Links for online presentations are sent directly to presenters. The online format is Zoom webinar and normal participant cannot present.

Poster presentation

We rcommend that you use poster size of A1. The poster location are not specified. You can put your poster up already in the morning to the poster area. The poster session in the evening is 2 hours.

The presentation upload links can be also found from conference program, after the conference hall name.

Publishing the presentation

You can also publish your presentation at the conference schedule by uploading the PDF version of your presentation via the return link from abstract submisison. If you do not have the link, please contact conference staff. The uploaded presentation will be linked to the conference program automatically.
